PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

♦ Glass washing machine is used for the flat glass washing and drying.It’s a necessary equipment for glass processing enterprise.Have complete section; include common glass,coated glass and LOW-E glass section.Washing and drying part can overall lifting,have digital display,also can according to customer requirement for decide.
♦ The machine adopts horizontal structure, put the flat glass on the transfer roller, through entrance part---washing part (two-stage washing)---water absorption part---drying part (with 22kw drying machine)---exit part.Equip the Pneumatic lift sliding table can transfer speediness.
♦ Glass transfer speed can reach to stepless speed adjustment according to the processing requirement.And we can adjust the glass with different thickness by using hand wheel and spring screw.

MAIN STRUCTURE PARTS BASE ON BELOW DESCRIPTION



♦ The roller adopts gear rotation, which is stable and convenient for maintenance. The upper and lower brush rollers adopt two motors for transmission movement, which makes the transmission stable and the belt is durable.
♦ The machine is equipped with a stainless steel nozzle, and the rubber roller can be cleaned by itself during operation; the sprinkler system can also wet the glass surface before the glass enters the cleaning part to improve the cleaning effect.

♦ The metal in the washing part is all made of stainless materials and equipped with a circulating pump. The water tank can draw out the washing liquid for three-layer washing. When a higher washing effect is required, two sets of hair brush rollers must be equipped with tap water (purified water). Better results). The washing and drying parts are automatically lifted as a whole, and the maximum lift is 400mm to adapt to the washing, cleaning and replacement of hairbrushes of different glass thicknesses.
♦ Equipped with 3 pairs of hairbrushes, which can clean LOW-E hard glass, ordinary coated glass and sunlight coated glass. Two pairs of powerful brushes are raised by air cylinders, which will not damage the coating surface.

♦ In the drying part, the air drying system is equipped with two pairs of air knives, a pair of straight air knives and oblique air knives are used together. Equipped with 22kw high-pressure fan, air-filtered air intake, high wind, good drying effect, the entire wind box is installed on the top of the drying part, automatically following the rising of the washing and drying part, to ensure that the washed product can meet the requirements of the drying level.
♦ The machine frame and others sheet metal parts which are not touching water, spray the senior mechanical paint after through the special technology processing. The paint with strong adhesion, bright durable surface.
