PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

♦ WTOI-1800 Glass Automatic Inner and Outer Grinding Machine is suitable for grinding and polishing the Inner and outer edge of the glass , it can process the Inner edge (pencil edge, straight edge ) of inner shape included ( Round, Oval, Square, Rectangle), and process the outer glass shape in round and oval.
♦ The processed glass is adsorbed onto a vacuum sucker,a spinning disc or an independent satellite disc,the speed of the spinning disc is adjustable.
♦ When grinding peripheries,coarse grinding, refine grinding and polishing are alternatively done by three grinders.When grinding hypotenuses,the angle of the grinder on the bowel-shape wheel can be obliquely adjusted to fit the ground angle for grinding.
♦ It is suitable for processing washbase and washbowl glass and marble table.

Adopt the quality copper sucker to ensure good polistioning during processing glass .



Use the frequency convey to adjust the working speed.


Adopt the pneumatic cylinder to switch the rough grinding wheels and polishing wheels automatically.



All motors have been testing before install on the machine.



Adopt the quality guide rail to reach the motor life and down when switch the grinding wheels during processing.



The grinding head can install 2 or 3 wheels (Rough grinding +fine grinding+polishing) at one time, easy to switch the wheels during processing glass.


With wires mark on each wire .
