DESCRIPTION:

Glass vertical edger production line is designed on the base of straight line single edging machine. Adding the new design vertical turning robot, the efficiency of single edging machine can be improved deeply. The production line include 4 sets of edging machines +3 sets of vertical turning robots + 1 set of 2000 washing machine. Comparing with the double edging production line, It’s suitable for processing the different size of glass with same thickness can be edged and polished in a pass by this production line that can reduce the cost of human resources. And good for saving space in the workshop.

PROCESSED GLASS SAMPLES:

WITH GENERAL CONTROL TABLE :

With the general control conbinet to control the processing speed, thickness of the glass of the production line, it is easy to operate ; we also use PLC on each edger, when you seperate to use the edging machine, Input the data on the PLC ,then the machine will work automatically.

TURNING TABLE:

The turning robot is help for transfer the glass from one edger to the other edger, which is safety and convenient , and also save the labor cost during operation;

EDGING MACHINES:

The machine is designed for grinding/polishing bottom edge and arris of flat glass. 7 wheels for bottom edging,2 wheels for front arris, 2 wheels for back wheels.
Conveyor adopts chain transmitting system consisting of special stretchy rubber pads.
Timing belt transfer glass. The machine has the characteristic of smooth and steady, easy to operation and maintenance, Glass thickness automatically adjustable.

VERTICAL WASHING MACHINE:

Vertical glass washing machine is suitable for washing flat glass with the thickness 3-15 mm. Adopts stepless regulator to control the convey speed, combine gear, chain and belt for transmit smoothly. The digital meter displays the glass thickness. Adopt 3 pairs of brushes to wash and one pair of air knife for blowing strong wind to dry the glass.
