Glass washing machine's repair and maintenance：
1. After the glass washing machine is finished working every day, the sewage in the sink should be drained, and then rinsed with clean water to prolong the service life of the machine. During use, the sewage needs to be replaced at any time.
2. Scrub all the transfer rollers and suction rollers in the machine with washing powder water once a month.
3. Add lithium-based lubricating oil to chains, sprockets, and gears at any time.
4. Observe whether the rubber roller transmission reducer is short of oil at any time, and add 30# engine oil when there is a lack of oil.
5. When the wind force of the air knife is insufficient, adjust it according to the adjustment instructions of the air knife.
6. During the use of the contactor, check whether the movable part is flexible and the fixed part is tight every 3-5 days. The iron core and machine surface should be kept clean. If the contactor is damaged, it should be replaced strictly according to the original specification and model. And pay attention to whether the coil voltage is consistent, otherwise it will affect the reliability of the system.
7. Abnormal phenomena found in the process of using the machine must be dealt with in time, and cannot work with faults.
