Usually glass processing factories use pencil edge wheels, flat with arris wheels(diamond shape edging wheels+ polishing wheels) to grind round corners.
For different thickness glass, for rough grinding we have different suggestion below:
For 5-8mm glass: one step is ok, and grit 180# is recommended,Also match one BD wheels for polishing work.
For 10-12mm glass: one step is ok, and grit 180# is recommended; the other way is:1st step, use 100# shape edging wheels(pencil edge wheels or flat with arris wheels)to do rough grinding,2nd step ,use 230# shape edging wheels(pencil edge wheels or flat with arris wheels) to do fine grinding; 3rd, use BD wheels for polishing works as well.
For 15mm-19mm glass: two steps way is recommended:1st step, use 100# shape edging wheels(pencil edge wheels or flat with arris wheels)to do rough grinding,2nd step ,use 230# shape edging wheels(pencil edge wheels or flat with arris wheels) to do fine grinding;3rd, use BD wheels for polishing works as well.

After rough grinding by diamond wheels, use polishing wheels for polishing.
